Privacy policy
Who the controller is
BIENENWELT s.r.o., Ke kapslovně 2855/3, Žižkov, 130 00 Praha 3, company number 07806132. For data protection matters: hello@uniwork.pro. We have not appointed a data protection officer; the law does not require one of us.
What we process, and why
- Correspondence
- If you write or call, we process your name, your contact details and the content of your message, in order to reply and where relevant to discuss a contract. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in replying).
- Server logs
- The web server records the IP address, the time, the requested address and the browser type, to keep the site running and secure — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are kept for 14 days and then deleted automatically.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence until the matter is dealt with and for at most 3 years after the last contact, and then delete it. Where a message results in an accounting or tax document, that document follows its own statutory period.
Who else sees it
Three providers are involved in running this; nobody else receives anything.
- Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany)
- The server this site runs on, and its logs.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States)
- DNS for the uniwork.pro domain, and forwarding of mail sent to hello@uniwork.pro to our mailbox.
- Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC (United States)
- The mailbox the forwarded message arrives in.
Cloudflare, Inc. and Google LLC both participate in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so transfers to the United States rest on the European Commission's adequacy decision.
The website itself discloses nothing to anyone: it loads no third-party content and carries no analytics or advertising tools.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification or erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Use the contact details above.

Cookies
This site stores no cookies on your device and loads nothing from other servers — no fonts, no maps, no analytics, no advertising scripts. That is why there is no consent banner: under § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications there is nothing to consent to.
If the site ever does use cookies, consent will be asked for beforehand (opt-in), with refusing as easy as accepting.
Accessibility
The site is written to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA: semantic content, sufficient contrast, keyboard operation and no dependence on JavaScript. Act No. 424/2023 Coll. does not apply to a presentation site of this kind; we treat the standard as a given rather than as a requirement.
If you hit a barrier, write to hello@uniwork.pro.
